Ink Hotel Dubai

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Beautiful location, friendly team and the food is amazing - very high quality ingredients at very reasonable prices, excellent variety on the menu both for food and drinks - the mojito cocktails are delicious and there are often promotions on and special menus at different times of the year. The best thing about INK is the team Linda, Victoria and Lisa are so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about various drinks and food. These girls are what makes INK such a great place they create such a great vibe. It’s opposite the Versace Hotel right on the waterfront , the rooftop bar has amazing views it has to be experienced to fully appreciate.

A friend of ours recommended this hotel, because of the rooftop pool and bar we walked in, and the bartender Jabbar offered to bring our drinks upstairs for us as many people were just sitting in the café. He was very attentive and happy to help us. At the end of his shift, He brought us a chocolate and a beautiful, nice note. This hotel seems to be very modern and chic! We will come back!

The hotel is located in beautiful location at Al Jadaf Waterfront, although it could use some better management and here is why: The hotel itself for me it was a 3 stars or maybe even 2 (not including the facilities but only looking at the room) Isolation in the hotel is non existent its like you sleep with people next door, the sink in the bathroom was broken, the door that leads to balcony (that we payed twice the price of the hotel room for) was not put properly and you needed to lift it up with all your strenght to open it. Our room has been cleaned once in 3 days, the first day the cleaners did an awesome job, the next day they came at 9-10pm asking if we want our room cleaned, we were already in bed and I think its normal to clean the room during the day. We had only one towel for 2 persons, when I requested additional towels, we got 2 towels and one of them was dirty (photo attached) with yellow stains on it. The staff in the hotel is absolutely wonderful ! Baddr from the pool assisted us with everything always asked if we need something and was very friendly, also Nina at the bar downstairs, all the staff are great ! The breakfast could use a few more options, on the menu there are only 5 options which of 4 are sweet, there is additional buffet with a very few options. The hotel itself is amazing, the view’s from the pool and rooftop bar are amazing in the day and in the night, I would surely return here, these things that I wrote are not something why you should not stay here, its something that the hotel can fix in one day and it would make guests stay here a lot more pleasant!

During my recent visit to INK Hotel Dubai, I encountered an unpleasant experience that significantly impacted my perception of the hotel. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to Dubai airport, as my friend and I needed a place to rest for a few hours before our flight. Unfortunately, the staff, particularly the receptionist, displayed a lack of hospitality and professionalism. Despite explaining our situation and having a room booked, the receptionist was extraordinarily rude and even demanded additional payment for my entry, which felt unjustified and exploitative. Moreover, the hotel was unaccommodating in terms of luggage storage, refusing to store our bags either at the reception or in our booked room. This inflexibility added to our inconvenience, especially given our short stay and immediate travel plans. Such unwelcoming service and unreasonable demands were disappointing and fell short of the expected standards of hospitality, particularly in a renowned tourist destination like Dubai.

It’s a super pet friendly hotel and environment. The staffs are also very welcoming towards my dog. The hotel staff were quick to rectify issues. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and the coffee is awesome! Jabbar makes one of the best coffee and is very attentive towards the guests. The hotel is situated next to the canal which is a very nice area to take the dog for walks. Value for money too. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
